Qatar Regulatory & Municipal Compliance
SS Piping Qatar executes all local subcontracts conforming to the following regulatory authorities in the State of Qatar:
All steel components, anchor bolts, welding electrodes, and safety rails meet Section 16 (Structural Metalwork) and Section 21 (Mechanical Services) of the Qatar Construction Specifications.
For public works projects (wastewater plants, pumping stations, drainage lines), we supply pipes, valves, and spools that conform to the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) approved manufacturer list.
Our custom fabricated diesel tanks, chemical storage vessels, and high-pressure fire line utility manifolds are manufactured and certified to obtain QCD safety approvals.

- 100% Visual Inspection: Checked by CSWIP 3.1 certified inspectors before NDT.
- Dye Penetrant Testing (PT): Verifies surface cracking on fillet joints.
- Radiographic testing (RT): Conducted on ASME pressure lines to inspect weld roots.
- Hydrostatic Integrity check: Tested to 1.5x working design load limit.
- Videoborescope check: Logs internal fusion status on sanitary pipelines.
